Any Ranged artifact/item is good on Nocturne (Snipers Focus, Rapid Firecannon, Sniper Emblem). True BIS Nocturne is 3 range items. If playing melee, play Nocturne in front 2 rows to maximize his AOE. Akali takes AP items. Ideally, chase Twisted Fate 3 with items as well. Anomaly Priority: Nocturne > Tank
Prioritize econ while holding Nocturne and Akalis. 4 Automata early can be good damage/tankiness but you can also play Sentinels.
Level and roll for Nocturne 2, Akali 2, and Sentinels to win streak Stage 3. Always play 4 Quickstriker when possible. Frontline can also be Watchers or Bruisers if needed.
Stay at 6 and finish your 3* units then push levels for 4 Sentinel. You can tank any Sentinel (Loris 3 > Illaoi 2 > Loris 2 > Rell > Leona). Play Rumble over Irelia if no stacked Akali. Sentinel emblem is very strong too.
