By accessing or using Playerse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Playerse is a game statistics tracking platform that provides players with match history, performance analytics, leaderboards, and team composition data for Teamfight Tactics (TFT) and other supported games. We retrieve publicly available data through official game APIs to deliver these features.

3. Account & Riot ID Usage

Playerse accesses publicly available player data via the Riot Games API using Riot IDs. We do not require your Riot Games account credentials and never ask for your password. The data we retrieve — such as match history, ranked statistics, and summoner information — is publicly accessible through the Riot Games API.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overwhelm the Service's infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended use
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Playerse are the property of Playerse or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Game assets, icons, and related imagery are the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their terms.

6. Riot Games Disclaimer

Playerse isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Playerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data retrieved from third-party APIs.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
