Why do my matches sometimes appear instantly and sometimes take a while?

Riot doesn't release match data until the game ends. As soon as it's available, we fetch it as fast as possible. Our data refresh system delivers new results within 45 seconds at most.

Do I need to refresh the page to see updated data?

No. Data updates automatically in real-time without refreshing the page.

Do I have to link my account?

Accepted Answer

It's not required, but linking your account makes the app noticeably faster for you. Sign in with Riot is only available to Riot-approved applications, so your account is safe.

Can I get banned for using this app?

Absolutely not. We don't do anything that could put your account at risk. In fact, we work directly with game developers and serve all data from official sources in a fully compliant way.

Why are some features only available for Master+ players?

Playerse is still very new and we're testing alongside you. To minimize potential issues, we decided to roll out features gradually.

Where does the data come from?

All data comes directly from the Riot Games API. While Riot responds in about 875ms on average, our infrastructure serves it to you in roughly 65ms.
