Only play this with Bronze for Life. Look for Bard + Rammus 2 on 8 or going fast 9 with natural Leblanc. You can also drop Leblanc for Sona if you don't have attack speed items. However, even without Arbiter Leblanc is our best carry. If you don't have BFL, play Shen over Ornn.
Play around early Arbiters with Zoe as the item holder. You can also play around Teemo and Nasus too. Slam items for Leblanc > Tank.
Look for 4 Vanguard and 3 Shepherd as your core. Leblanc 1 is strong and can immediately be played if you high roll her early.
Level to 8 and roll for Leblanc Karma and frontline. If you hit Nunu 2 with good Arbiter play Vanguard version until you can find Rammus 2 and Bard. Rhaast on 9,
