More of an Azir comp than a Khazix comp, we just want executioner buff than we feed Kha to blackthorn hex for offensive Azir Stacks. If you have lots of Kha upgrades drop Sett + Reksai for Ahri + WW/Malphite for Spellweaver+Ravager. With enough mana gen from blackthorn, Azir doesn't need attack speed, but Rageblade is okay on him.
Try to angle this comp with early Azir ideally with blossom opener for better charms.
If you have a few crucial pairs on level 6, you can consider rolling slightly on 6 to get charms / upgrade units. Econ up to 7 otherwise.
Make sure you have 2* Azir, Kha and Vi on 4-1, then slowroll above 50 for 3 stars. Make sure Kha has 8 takedowns before feeding to blackthorn, 3 executioner is very important.
