Best played with Category 5 / Academy sponsored Hurricane. You mostly only need to build 1-2 Hurricanes because 3rd is from Academy itself. Play 6 Sentinel if you have emblem, otherwise play 5 Academy+ for the sponsored Damage Amp. Anomaly: Ezreal
Stage 2
Play upgraded Sentinel opener with paired trait backline (Sorcerers, Artillerists, Snipers, Visionaries, etc). Academy opener is strongest to be ahead in items.
Stage 3
Add 4 Sentinels or other defensive traits. Stack 3 item Ezreal as soon as you can. Roll if you have 3+ pairs for upgrades.
Stage 4
Level to 8, roll for Ezreal, Corki, and 4 Sentinel. Push level 9 once you are stable on level 8. If you are rich, you can hold extra Ezreals to eventually 3*.
