Play when you can get Tristana 2* early and have high econ to get 3* Sentinels. Prioritize stacking Tristana with items early to get kills. If you have Two Much Value play Urgot over Ezreal. Anomaly Priority: Tristana > Tank (Rell or Illaoi).
Stage 2
You can stack Tristana on PvE rounds. Play around early Tristana with Sword items. Position to kill weakest enemy unit for Tristana stacks.
Stage 3
Level to 6 and roll down for upgraded Sentinel frontline and Tristana 2. Econ back up. Finish 3 item Tristana.
Stage 4
Slow roll for Tristana 3 and an upgraded 3* Sentinel. Level to 6 Sentinels late game and a support 6 cost. If you have good Academy or very rich, you can chase Ezreal 3 duo carry.
