This is a Fast 9 comp oriented around Vanguards and abusing Garen mods. Rageblade is NOT that good on Urgot, but it's strong for early game to winstreak Fast 9. Boombot does magic damage so full 30% Shred is nice to have.
Stage 2 & 3
Play around upgraded Kogmaw and Vanguard for winstreak. Slam items aggressively and play for winstreak.
Stage 4
Level to 8 and stabilize around 6 Vanguard with an AD carry backline that can hold these items (Aphelios, Xayah, Zeri). Don't roll too much and save for Fast 9.
Stage 5
Fast 9 and look to stabilize around a core of Urgot and 6 Vanguard. Flex in Vex, 4-cost AD backline, and 5 costs (Garen > Aurora/Zac).
