Prioritize Vex items > frontline items > Varus with leftover AP / Utility. Hyperfangs and Chassis are the best Exotech items to play. 3rd item on Vex is flexible: Guardbreaker > Deathcap > Giant Slayer.
Stage 2
Either play from lose streak so you can guarantee BIS items or play a strong Exotech core for winstreak. Cypher cashout is strong for Vex too.
Stage 3
Level for more Exotech, Nitro, or whatever upgraded frontline (Bastions, Vanguards, etc). Econ up for level 8.
Stage 4
Fast 8 and look for Vex 2 and Chogath 2. If you hit early Urgot with items you can play it over exotech. Once stable, go 9 for 5 costs. Can drop varus and Jhin for Aurora Viego.
