Prioritize Vex items > frontline items > Varus with leftover AP / Utility. Avoid if Exotech items are Pulse Stabilizer / Flux Capacitor. Cap with 5 costs: Aurora > Renekton on 9. Play Jhin + Jax until Viego + Renekton.
Stage 2
Either play from lose streak so you can guarantee BIS items or play a strong Exotech core for winstreak. Cypher cashout is strong for Vex too.
Stage 3
Level for more Exotech, Nitro, or whatever upgraded frontline (Bastions, Vanguards, etc). Econ up for level 8.
Stage 4
Fast 8 and look for Vex 2 and Sejuani 2. Aim for 5 Exotech in the mid-game (Jhin + Jax) until you hit Renekton and Viego. Once stable, go 9 for 5 costs.
