Only play with Double Trouble. You can also tank Neeko if Rammus too contested. Prioritize Malzahar > Rammus > Neeko items. Can also play for Darius 3 duo carry if dropped many swords.
Stage 2
Play Malz opener ideally and slammed AP items. If no Malzahar opener, aim to get early Double Trouble value on cheap units.
Stage 3
Level for 2 copies of frontline to stall for Malzahar damage. Cheap Heavyweights are strong here. Only roll if you need a 2nd copy of something.
Stage 4
Level to 7 and roll for 2 or 4 copies of Malzahar and Rammus. After that slowroll above 50g for 3 stars. Once you finish, level for a Prodigy on 8.
