Neeko can't handle too much aggro so don't rely on her to be the primary tank in this comp. Aim for the Double Down Power Up for Ahri to give Neeko mana. Can also play Ryze / Akali, Monster Trainer, or 5 costs.
Stage 2
Prioritize Neeko items ASAP. Econ up while collecting copies of Neeko and Protectors. Syndra can hold Ahri items.
Stage 3
Add more Protectors as you level. Aim for 4 Protector and Star Guardians. Build items for Janna.
Stage 4
Level to 7 and roll until you hit Neeko 2 and 6 Protector + Star Guardian. Leftover tank items on Ksante / Protector tank. Add Ryze on 8.
