Play a 6 Juggernaut core that flexes around 5 costs. Lee Sin 2 is what makes the comp strong, but you still prioritize TF 2 items for early / mid game. If you miss on TF / Zyra, you may need to play a 4 cost like Jinx, Ashe, or Volibear until you hit.
Play any winstreak opener around Juggernaut that you can slam items and push levels. Or play for a big Crystal Gambit lose streak cash out.
Be willing to roll some on level 8 to stabilize or play for Crystal Gambit end of Stage 3 for a 6 loss. Can also play for 4 to 6 Juggernaut with Ashe, Jinx, or Volibear to stabilize.
Fast 9 and look to stabilize around Twisted Fate Zyra and 6 Juggs. Should stay 9 and 2 star all of your five costs, nothing really that good at 10.
