Item Priority: Malphite items > Ziggs items > Shen items. You can also frontline the extra strategists for the shield value if your frontline is severely lacking.
Stage 2
Prioritize Malphite items ASAP. Econ up while collecting copies of Malphite and Sivir. Holding Shen and Ziggs is ok if it doesn't cost econ.
Stage 3
Roll above 50g for 3* Crew. Slam any AD items you have on Sivir and AP items on Ziggs. Add more Protectors as you level.
Stage 4
Finish your 3* and push levels for more Protectors. 6 Protector or more Strategist is strong until you find Twisted Fate.
