Best on Mountain (stage 2) > Fountain > Medallion. Other Stargazers are much worse: Boar > Huntress > Serpent / Altar. If on Medallion, Lulu still prints gold on casts even if Stargazer is not active. Your tank will likely change every game depending on what's available / contested (Pantheon 3 > Maokai 3 > Jax 3).
Stage 2
Ideally open with early Lulu to itemize. Look for an econ engine: Timebreaker > Primordian. Slam items for Lulu / tank.
Stage 3
Level to 6 at 3-2 and roll for 2* item holders. Try to win most of the fights on stage and econ up.
Stage 4
Slow roll for 3* Lulu. You should be hitting end of Stage 4. If you think you can't hit, take an econ augment. Once done, level to 8 for Rhaast.
