Best with Arbiter that scales Leblanc's AP or AS > gain copies of Leona > Shields to stall for ramp. End game, transition to Vex 2 who holds Leblanc's items. Shred is very important but only build 1 Void Staff or Spark (not both as shown).
Stage 2
Play around early Arbiters with Zoe as the item holder. You can also play around Teemo and Nasus too. Slam items for Leblanc > Tank.
Stage 3
Look for 4 Vanguard and 3 Shepherd as your core. Leblanc 1 is strong and can immediately be played if you high roll her early.
Stage 4
Level to 8 and roll for Leblanc 2, Nunu 2, and Karma. If needed, you can flex around other 3 costs such as Aurora or Viktor. Once stable, push to 9.
