Don't reroll on low levels. Instead, use the 2 star to tempo win streak and finish printing the 3 star with 7 meeple -> go fast 9 and 10. Board shown is only the end game cap so it's important to flex Stage 4 with units like Mighty Mech + Meepsie.
Get Poppy online with items ASAP and try to win streak if possible. We are getting poppy 3 with 7 meeple print later so just push levels as standard.
Level for 5 Meeple + Bastions. Hold at least 1 copy of Meeple so you can get in 7 ASAP. It is worth leveling early (Stage 3-5) for 7 Meeple if you have it.
Level to 8 and roll for 1 Rammus and Corki to get 7 Meeple. Play Mighty Mech + Meepsie on 8 before you hit Bard. Blitz Morde on 9. Rhaast on 10.
