This comp is played in two ways: Standard 1 cost reroll of slow rolling above 50 at levels 4/5 or push for 7 Meeple to print Veigar 3 (example: Worth the Wait Poppy). Then move down to 5 Meeple for the board once you finish 3* Veigar.
Stage 2
Play around early Veigar 2 with slammed AP items for win streak. If rerolling, don't level at all.
Stage 3
If rerolling, slow roll above 50g for Veigar, Poppy, and Lissandra. If tempoing, level for 5 Meeple + Bastion. Rush 7 Meeple if you have emblem.
Stage 4
Print Veigar 3 and look for Rammus 2. Play Rhaast until Bard. Itemize Rammus 2* instead of Poppy 3*
