Best on Mountain (stage2) > Medallion > Altar > Boar > Serpent Huntress. Item priority: Jax / TF > Caitlyn. 4 Fateweaver is the max cap but you can play Rhaast + Rogue until you find Corki.
Stage 2
Don't level early at all. Play around early Twisted Fate with AP items. Focus on Twisted + Jax items. Can also have Talon hold items if he's your only upgrade.
Stage 3
Slow roll above 50g for 3*. Prioritize Twisted Fate > Jax > Caitlyn / Talon > Aatrox as the priority for 3*. Jax 2 is better than Aatrox 3.
Stage 4
Finish your 3* then level for 4 Fateweaver or Gwen/Rhaast. If very rich with resources, you can chase Corki 2 with items.
