Try to hold onto 1 Akali and 1 Aatrox when pushing so you have access to free Shred/Sunder. Graves build: Assault frame -> Buckshot -> Buckshot+ -> Buckshot++ -> Laser Ballistics. If you have bad Graves items, go tank build or ditch Graves entirely for another upgraded 5 cost / Morgana.
Play a standard win streak AD opener with slammed items related to Graves / Vex. Save 1 Akali and 1 Aatrox while on streak if possible.
If you snap win streak early Stage 3, abandon Fast 9 and pivot to another line. Early Graves Stage 3 = pivot immediately towards him.
You should be healthy (80+ HP) -> you can lose all Stage 4 and econ heavily (take econ augment) to go level 9. If you still don't have items for Graves, carry with another 5 cost with Vex.
