S tier when played on Paths of Transcendence > Spirits. B tier on the other Ionia paths. Only go for Yasuo 3 if highrolling copies + one of the ideal Paths. Yone items are less important so give whatever leftover Fighter items.
Stage 2
Either play for winstreak with strong board or take econ augment and roll for bard, we can't fit 7 ionia + neeko on 7 so bard is nice for this comp.
Stage 3
Add in more Ionia as you level. On 3-5 level to 7 and roll for Ahri/Kennen/Yasuo. Can stop once you unlock Yone.
Stage 4
Stay on 7 and roll for Ahri and Kennen 3. You can also play Kobuko until you hit Wukong. Once you hit those go 8 and play 7 Ionia + Neeko.
