Play from strong winstreak opener only. Rush 7 Bilgewater ASAP to gather Serpents then drop down to 5 or 3 Bilgewater late game for higher value. Don't over greed BIS 7 Bilgewater items because your win condition is overwhelming item advantage. Itemize whichever 2* 5 costs you hit first.
Stage 2
Slam everything and play for winstreak. Frontline items are strong on Illaoi 2. Use Serpents for upgrades to get 5 Bilge or upgrades.
Stage 3
Use Serpents as needed - 2* units > Captains Brew on TF > $15 stats. It's often okay to Restock on 5 Bilge to look for 1st MF.
Stage 4
Roll on level 8 for Miss Fortune and stay 7 Bilgewater for a while. Once you start losing, transition out of 7 Bilge into 4/5 cost value units.
