Strategy Guide
Avoid using any gold to roll for Rumble 3 if possible. Instead use 4 / 6 Yordle rerolls to obtain Rumble while pushing levels. Late game you can drop down Yordles like Fizz, Poppy, and Tristana for 5 costs. Ziggs 2 is your win condition late game. Prioritize itemizing a 3* tank: Kennen 3 > Kobuko 3 > Poppy 3.
Stage 2
Collect every Yordle and focus on your econ. Unlock Poppy ASAP to guarantee 4 Yordle on 2-3. Prioritize Rumble items.
Stage 3
If you're only a few copies off of crucial 3* Yordles, you can go to level 6 and let the guarantee Yordle per turn finish the 3*.
Stage 4
Finish your 3* and push for 8 Yordle. You likely will find your 3* 3-costs as you push levels. Once you hit Ziggs 2, move Teemo items over.
