Max cap around Brock featuring Ryze. Aim for 625 > 550 > 500 cash out. If no Shurima, you can also unlock Ryze with Void or Yordle. Full lose streak can be bait. Many times simple, easy to achieve quests are superior to streak quests that require specific conditions.
Ixtal is best played from winstreak around Qiyana 2 / Briar 2 with items, but it is also common to lose streak. Make sure to save vest + cloak for Stoneplate.
If lose streaking, continue to finish quests and stack up. If you are not required to lose, play for wins around itemized Milio, Neeko, and Qiyana.
Unlock the Brock and roll on 8 for Seraphine, upgraded 4 cost tank, and a Disruptor. Flex in whatever upgrades you can to survive to get to Level 9.
