Play for Aphelios primary carry. Aphelios has built-in Sunder so you don't need anti-armor as much. Item prioriary: Aphelios > Sion > Bard > Volibear. The other 3* 1-cost bruisers are luxury so if you are too far behind, abandon and push levels instead.
Stage 2
Roll 4 times before Stage 2 carousel to get Bard. Roll on 2-3 to max odds for 2 costs unless you get free rerolls. Slam items for Aphelios.
Stage 3
Level to 6 and slow roll for 3* Bruisers. Play 4 Bruiser, Aphelios, and Bard. Prioritize Bard / Sion 3 > 1 cost Bruisers 3* > 3 cost 3*.
Stage 4
Finish your 3* and push levels for more Bruisers. Sett can go in at level 9 but the spot is flexible. Leftover AD items on Volibear.
