S+ tier with Freljord emblem to get 5/7 Freljord. Realistically you won't get BIS AP items so slam whatever to winstreak. Zilean 2 + Volibear 2 is your win condition. Position Volibear in 3rd/4th row for Damage Amp instead of HP.
Stage 2
Play a round Leblanc opener and look for 3 Noxus + Bruiser. Activate 2 invoker only if your frontline is good enough. Can also open Piltover Orianna.
Stage 3
Add more cheap Bruisers in to start unlocking Kennen. Avoid 4 Invoker here unless you unlock Kobuko early because you need frontline.
Stage 4
Level to 8 and roll for Lissandra and Braum. You have 2 flex spots until you get your 5 costs. Cap with Sylas if you get to 9.
