Prioritize QS on Graves and AD items. Unlock Graves as early as possible by itemizing TF (works even on Stage 1). Prioritize spending Silver Serpents on stats (HP / AS) and Graves. Get 7 Bilgewater ASAP but you often will want to buy things at 3 or 5 Bilgewater so you can see copies of Graves / cheap stats.
Play for winstreak with Bilgewater. You can itemize Twisted Fate on Stage 1 PvE to guarantee Graves by 2-1.
Get 5 Bilgewater onlien for more Silver Serpents. Spend Serpents on 2 costs mainly, HP / AS stats, or look for a Restock. Finish Graves items.
Level for 7 Bilgewater and roll on 8 for Miss Fortune 2 + Upgrades. Finish Graves 3 via Serpents (7 Bilgewater won't let you see Graves). End game drop down from 7 Bilge.
