Must play from winstreak Bilgewater spot with AP items slammed on Twisted Fate. Illaoi 3 is a viable tank so if you are getting many copies, consider finishing with Serpent Shop. Toggle 7 Bilgewater (Keep cheap Bilgewater on Bench and field during Buy round) for Blackmarket Explosives on Ryze.
Stage 2
Open with winstreak Bilgewater and slam aggressively on Twisted Fate. Use Serpent Shop for upgrades or cheap stats.
Stage 3-4
Play 5 and 7 Bilgewater ASAP to acquire Serpent Shops and unlock Tahm Kench. Unlock Kobuko on PvE rounds with cheap Bruisers and Yordles.
Stage 5+
Get to level 9 and unlock Ryze. Keep Bilgewaters on your bench if you need to fish for units / items. Leftover AP items on Lissandra > Fizz.
