Ideally played with Path of Prosperous = Enlightened = Spirits >> The rest. In a high resource game, you need items for Yasuo and Yone along with Zaahen. If Yasuo 3 is impossible to hit, you can play for itemized Yunara instead.
Stage 2
Play for winstreak with Xin Zhao and upgraded Ionia. You can also play for Demacia opener if you have upgrades.
Stage 3
Level to 6 and roll for 2* Xin Zhao with Ionia and Demacia. Slow roll on 6 for Xin Zhao and Yasuo. Prioritize Xin Zhao items > tank items > Yasuo items.
Stage 4
Finish Xin Zhao 3 ideally by 4-2 so you can have Zaahen by Stage 5. Push levels for more Ionia. Cap with more 5 costs / Sett 2.
