Play only with Double Trouble. Nautilus 3 > Loris 3 as your tank priority, but itemize whoever you're hitting more of. Void mutations: Leeching Nucleus > Spitter Spines >>> Adrenaline Modules. Seraphine or 2nd Malzahar can take leftover utility / AP items.
Stage 2
Play around any AP opener that can hold Malzahar items. It doesn't matter much as long as you are win streaking with good econ.
Stage 3
Econ up and keep streak. Many times, upgrading a unit and losing Double Trouble value can make you weaker. So consider rolling for a 4th copy or buy after combat starts.
Stage 4
Level to 7 and slow roll for Malzahar 3, Nautilus 3, and other Double Trouble units. Utility items on Seraphine.
