Chase when you get access to 2 Noxus emblems. Your best chance getting to 10 is often playing around Draven for gold farming. Atakhan summons from the left side so keep Shred same side. Position Mel opposite of enemy carry. If you can't get to 10, drop down to 3/5 Noxus and upgrade 5 costs.
Stage 2
Ideally played from strong openers around Draven and Noxus. You can also unlock LeBlanc on Stage 1 PvE rounds if you slam items on Sion.
Stage 3
Level to 6 and play 5 Noxus when available. Look to take anything that can give you a 2nd Noxus emblem or econ to get to 10.
Stage 4
Level to 8 and roll for Ambessa 2, Swain 2, and extra Dravens if carrying him. Mel takes leftover mana / AP items. Push levels once stable and get to 10 Noxus.
