Comp is much weaker without Jinx 3 / emblem augments (B tier). Zaun emblem best on 5 costs: Shyvana > Kindred / Senna. Prioritize Jinx > Warwick items. Emblems are premium - look out for Zaun, Gunslinger, Juggernaut (4 juggs), Bruiser (drop Wukong for 7 Zaun), and Quickstriker (drop Kindred for 7 Zaun).
Win streak with Zaun Vi or Briar Qiyana opener is ideal but you can also lose streak to rush Singed. Focus on Jinx items first, Warwick items second.
Always play Jinx and itemize her. If ahead, consider leveling earlier to unlock Warwick if you can unlock. If lose streaking hard, consider rolling on 7 some for Jinx, Vi and Mundo upgrades.
Level to 8 @ 4-2 and look for Warwick 2, Jinx 2, and any upgraded tank (Wukong 2 > Mundo 2). 2 Quickstriker is not that important until Kindred. On level 9, play Ziggs over Blitz and add Shyvana when you have items.
