Realistically you won't get BIS AP items so slam whatever to winstreak. Shown builds on Seraphine and Lissandra are example AP item sets to play. Item augments are high priority so you have 2 fully itemized carries + 1 tank by end of Stage 4. Shurima package is flexible and can be replaced by anything that gives frontline: Taric + Shyv + Swain, Skarner, Wardens, etc.
Play around Orianna and 2 or 4 Piltover. Early Freljord and Demacia are good combos. Continuum Cogs > Blast Shield. Can also play from Leblanc + Sion opener.
If you are playing Piltover, look for 4 Piltover for Acceleration Gate. Otherwise, add more frontline / invokers while econning up.
Level to 8 and roll for Lissandra, Seraphine, and Braum. Fully itemize whichever 2* carry you hit first. You have 2 flex slots until Azir so play around, Wardens, Targons, Skarner, etc.
