Play yordles early to unlock Kennen ASAP. Use 6 Yordle free rolls + 8 Yordle Gab Bag + econ augments to go fast 9 for this board. Mana items are the highest prio since Annie won't cast without them.
Stage 2
Unlock Poppy by putting 2 items on a Yordle, get 4 Yordle in ASAP to star starring them up to unlock Kennen.
Stage 3
Unlock Kennen and Level to 6 to add 6 yordle, AP on Teemo, AD on Tristana. If you can't find 6 Yordle, play strongest board instead.
Stage 4
Play 8 Yordle on level 8 and try to greed your rolls and gold for level 9. If you're dying pivot to a different 4 cost board with your rolls. Annie items are prio and put melee items on sett before Sylas, you have flex slots on 9.
