Only play this comp with early Viego 2 and you get overwhelmed with AP items so you can't play for Kalista. Prioritize Gwen 3 and give leftover utility to Thresh. Play Viego/Kalista to ramp souls.
Stage 2
Play for winstreak with Viego 2 holding Gwen / Tresh items. Bilgewater ties in naturally with this comp for free econ and upgrades.
Stage 3
Keep adding more Shadow Isles units as you level. Flex around your item holders: Quickstrikers, Wardens, and Disruptor. If you have valuable pairs, you can roll some on level 6.
Stage 4
Reroll on 7 for Gwen 3 and a 3* tank. Play Thresh ASAP and immediately itemize him. Flex between Kalista/Fiddle and Viego/Kindred.
